Families in Recovery (FIR) program is geared toward SINGLE MOTHERS, SINGLE FATHERS or FAMILIES whose lives have been deeply impacted by homelessness and addiction. We strive to help all individuals remain alcohol-and drug free.
We provide wrap-around services, and find and secure a studio, or one bedroom apartment for themselves and children for up to one year. This program includes mandatory attendance and participation in counseling programs to help maintain their sobriety.
Homelessness prevention assistance in Arizona is vital for those in recovery after treatment. We provide help for men and women who are homeless, and are coming out of drug or alcohol rehabilitation, IOP programs, or previously incarcerated individuals who need a safe, clean, and sober living environment to prevent relapse and lessen their chances of being homeless.
We provide emergency housing assistance by paying up to three weeks (If applicable) of rent for entry into an approved sober living home, as well as grocery gift card, bus passes, whenever possible, and starter hygiene kits to remove barriers to continue or gain employment.
Shared housing is defined as two or more people who live in one permanent rental housing unit voluntarily while working toward independence. Our Stay Safe Homes, Private housing is exclusively for those who are attending approved counseling programs.
Many people who struggle with substance abuse and addiction find that their lives have become unmanageable and unstructured. This renewed structure is often the best way for a person beginning or maintaining recovery and learning how to get their life back on track with a family environment and therapy. Our counseling program includes, 5-day mandatory attendance, participation, and supportive services to help maintain their sobriety.
We provide funding by paying monthly program fees up to 6 months which includes free housing, counseling, educational classes including substance abuse, and supportive services.
Finding and maintaining gainful employment is a critical step on the road to a lasting recovery, especially since many addicts did not enter recovery in the best of financial circumstances. Whether you are working on your own recovery or trying to help a formerly addicted friend or family member, our job placement program is here for you.
*We provide steel toe boots to get you up and running for your new job for IMMEDIATE START.
Our Counseling-Day Program Placement are direct services for people with substance use disorders or co-occurring mental and substance use disorders who do not require a higher level of care and have a safe place to stay. This program is designed to explore individual growth and healing a group setting by participating, Monday - Thursday from 9:00a.m - 5:00p.m for on-site therapy.
